How can you make deviled egg fit in the "Beyond Keto” lifestyle? Eggs are a solid foundation. Beyond Keto eating is a good option for eggs. You can find numerous studies and resources that support eating eggs in a healthy, nutritious diet.

Ingredients
- 12 large free-range eggs
- 1/4 cup Keto Zone Avocado Mayo or commercial Keto Mayo (no soybean oil)
- 1 Tablespoon butter, softened to room temperature
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons pickle juice
- 5 teaspoons keto sweetener (or as you like).
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Tabasco hot sauce is also available as Dash Hot Sauce.
- Paprika to sprinkle
- Bacon pieces optional
Instructions
- Put the eggs in a large saucepan and cover it with water. Place on the stovetop at high heat. Bring water to boil. Boil for 1 minute. Cover with a lid and then remove from heat.
- Let it sit for about 17-20 minutes, then drain and transfer to an Ice Bath.
- After they have cooled, you can peel the eggs.
- Cut cooked eggs in half along the length.
- Transfer yolks to a medium-sized bowl. Mix mayonnaise, butter, mustard and pickle juice. Add salt, pepper, sweetener and hot sauce. Mash the mixture well with a fork.
- Place the filling in each egg white. Sprinkle with bacon and paprika, if desired.

Smoked Salmon and Cucumbers Deviled eggs
Follow these instructions to boil 12 eggs. Once they are done, remove the shells and cut them lengthwise.
Use a fork to break the yolks into small pieces. One tablespoon chopped salmon should be reserved. Add 3 tablespoons avocado mayonnaise to egg yolks. 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber and 2 teaspoons of salt.
Chop dill, 1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper, and 3 spoons salmon remaining. Gently
stir until combined.
To prevent egg whites from rolling, place them on a serving platter or in a jellyroll pan covered with paper towels. Each egg-white half should contain approximately 1 tablespoon of egg-yolk. Reserved chopped salmon should be topped with eggs. Cover eggs with foil and let them rest for up to four hours. Garnish with dill sprigs just before serving
Roasted Garlic Deviled eggs
Follow these instructions to boil 12 eggs. Once they are done, remove the shells and cut them lengthwise.
Use a fork to break up the yolks until they are fluffy.
To separate the garlic heads, drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over them and roast them in an oven at 350°F for 30 minutes. Once the cloves are cooked, place them in a bowl and mash.
Mix 1 cup avocado mayonnaise with 1/4 cup shredded Asiago cheese into the yolks. Each egg-white half should be filled with about 1 tablespoon of the egg-yolk mix. Cover with plastic wrap and let cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until ready to use.
When ready to serve, heat 1 tablespoon butter and 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs in a skillet. Toast until golden brown.
Take 2 to 3 minutes. Serve the eggs with the mixture.
Deviled eggs with Cilantro and Jalapenos.
Finally, add a generous tablespoonful of filling to each egg-white half. Before serving, sprinkle the tops with 1 chopped and seeded jalapeno.
Smoked Pumpkin Deviled eggs
Follow these instructions to boil 12 eggs. Once they are done, remove the shells and cut them lengthwise.
In a food processor, place the yolks. Next, add 5 tablespoons pumpkin purée, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard to the bowl. 2 teaspoons horseradish will be added, as well as 1 teaspoon of paprika. Blend for 30 seconds. Salt and black pepper can be added to your liking.
Place the yolk mixture in a large zip-top bag. Cut a 3/4-inch hole in one corner. You can also use a pastry bag. Pipe the filling in the egg halves. Smoothen the top of the egg with a damp fingers. To create ridges in the yolk, use a fork.
Each of the 6 cornichons should be cut in half, lengthwise, and then crosswise. This will create 24 pieces. For the stem, place 1 cornichon slice on top of each yolk. Cover the bowl with a damp towel and let it rest for 2 hours.
